General product information:
In the process of neutral-alkaline sizing, AKD emulsion always meets the disadvantages of easy hydrolysis of AKD, low retention rate of fiber and long curing time. Properly increasing the cationic degree of AKD emulsion can enhance the stability and retention rate of AKD emulsion, increase the sizing speed and shorten the curing time.
Application:
The effective ingredient of this product is Al2O3 and other salts compound. Adding it to AKD emulsion can significantly improve the cationic properties of AKD emulsion which can make AKD play a better sizing effect.
Packing & storage:
Packing: 200kg OR 1000kg plastic drums.
Storage: This product should be stored in the drying room. Avoid light, sun and freezing. Temperature should below 30℃.
