General product information:
This product is a cationic crosslinking polymer agent with a high charge density. It is soluble in water, stable in hydrolysis and adaptable to the change of PH value. This product is safe and non-toxic. It can be used as a curing accelerator in AKD emulsion, providing strong cationic component protectant for the "fourth generation" high solid content AKD emulsion.
Application:
This product is used in AKD medium-alkaline sizing system, which can greatly limits AKD hydrolysis and migration tendency, accelerating AKD curing process. The AKD emulsion, AKD neutral gum and AKD surface sizing agent can be ripe out of the machine. Miracle’s AKD curing agent can overcome the shortcoming of the long curing period of AKD sizing agent.
Packing & storage:
Packing: 200kg OR 1000kg plastic drums.
Storage: This product should be stored in the drying room. Avoid light, sun and freezing. Temperature should be 4℃- 30℃.
