General product information:
This product is a modified cationic starch, specially used as AKD emulsifier. It not only has a high positive charge, but also has retention and synergistic effects, which can effectively improve the stability of AKD emulsion and its retention on paper fibers. It can also reduce the consumption and shorten the sizing and curing time.
Application:
Miracle’s AKD starch emulsifier is quaternary ammonium cationic starch, which has cationic properties in a wide range of PH. As a special emulsifier for AKD, this product can be directly added to melted AKD wax with water to form a stable cationic AKD emulsifier.
Packing & storage:
Packing: 200kg OR 1000kg plastic drums.
Storage: This product should be stored in the drying room. Avoid light, sun and freezing. Temperature should below 30℃.
